$220 + GST = $231 annually

$20 + GST = $21 monthly
PLATINUM
151-300 Active Clients
$330 + GST = $346.50 annually
OR
$30 + GST = $31.50 monthly
Psych-Guard Services upon our Agreement:
We assess the specifics of your practice.
We begin the clock on our bi-annual checks of whether your preferred psychologists are taking clients, in case we need to recommend them to your clients.
Psych-Guard Services upon the demise of a Psychologist:
We access your online or paper calendar.
a. We call clients scheduled for the near future.
b. We call the remaining clients you have seen within the past year.
We spend up to 20 minutes with each client, To:
Compassionately let them know about your unexpected death.
Recommend two or three psychologists your clients could see.
Let clients know, if you prefer it, how they can access any information about a Celebration of Life.
Let your clients know that we will be managing their records and ask their permission to send this information to them in writing via email or Canada Post.
We call each client up to three times if we cannot reach them immediately.
We review your email from the past five business days, in case clients have reached out and are waiting for your response:
We set an automatic email response letting Senders know about your demise and the whereabouts of their records.
We advise the College with which you are registered
We manage your documents:
We store your documents, both paper (with RecordXpress) and digital (with Owlpractice).
We provide a point of contact for clients to access their records.
We destroy records at the time required by professional standards.
We contact online test administration companies to:
Request refunds
Assign any remaining test administrations to an equally qualified psychologist.
